Trinity Run Club

Is fitness important to you? Do you want to be part of a community that shares that passion? If so, we'd love for you to join us on our Run Club.

There will be two routes on offer - a 5K run and a 3.5K run/walk, making it accessible for all abilities (see below for details and approx pacing). We will then meet all together for a coffee at Little Pickles at the Mill.

The run will be at a sociable pace, making sure no one gets left behind - making this perfect for beginners and experienced runners!

All you need to bring is yourself, your running gear and an open approach to conversation!

5K - approx pace 6/km
3.5K - run 3 mins, walk 3 mins
